Dynamic Resource Alliance was founded in 1998 as an independent alternative networking organization serving Monmouth and Ocean Counties.  We currently have 17 members and our goal for 2009 is to have between 25-30 members, with each occupational endeavor represented by one member.  Conflicts of interest among members are not allowed.

The membership fee for DRA is $300.00 per year.  All membership fees are used in support of DRA’s activities- we do not pay dues to a “parent” organization.  Members receive breakfast at all meetings, as well as food and beverages at our quarterly social events, and a listing in our website-all without additional charge.  Members are required to attend at least 75% of all meetings (18 out of 24 meetings in a year) to maintain membership in good standing and each member is required to have breakfast or lunch with another member on a monthly basis to continue to build the business relationships initiated at our meetings.

We meet the first and third Thursday of every month at C&A Financial Group at 2431 Atlantic Avenue, Manasquan, NJ. informal networking begins at 7:00 am and the formal portion of the meeting is from 7:30 am to 8:30 am.  Each member introduces him/herself with a 30 second commercial at the start of the meeting. This 30 second commercial is an opportunity to generate interest in your business and describe what you do, as well as explain what constitutes a good referral for you.  The main part of the meeting is “The Spotlight”, where one member makes a 20 minute extended presentation about their business, followed by 10 minutes of Q &A.  We welcome guests to attend our meetings.
